No Time for Generals by David H. Olivier
Long multi-chapter, English names. After the death of Zoycite, two new Generals rise to power - and competition. While one new enemy, backed by Malachite, employs the usual tactics against the Sailor Scouts, the other sets far more cunning and sinister plans in motion. The premise is nothing unique, but this story brings rarely-explored angles into view. Strength: Plot.
*The ASMR Library also contains a sequel and a coda to this fic.*
Brand of Cain by David H. Olivier
Short one-shot, English names. What happens when the death of a leader leaves forgotten remnants of old plots behind? Strength: Originality.
Mothers and Daughters by David H. Olivier
Short one-shot, English names. A peacefully heartwarming tale of special moments, among three pairs of mothers and daughters across three eras. Strength: Emotion.
Reliance of Fear by Devon Smith
Long one-shot, Japanese names. An evil force seeks to feed on Usagi's fear by taking away what she does not even realize she needs most: her secret identity. The characterizations and technical details are a bit weak, but this story's uniqueness is enough to earn it a place in this list. Strength: Originality.
The Redesignation of Pluto by Devon Smith
Short one-shot, Japanese names. A while back the scientific community considered reclassifying the planet Pluto, believing it too small to be considered a planet. The Senshi of Pluto does not take that idea well. Yeah, it's silly, pointless, and dated, but this little piece of humor never ceases to make me smile, and you can't beat the ending. Strength: Originality.
