stories chosen from i am a crazy spork through Illusive Angel,
"I" section

Good-byes by Idol-Goddess
Long multi-chapter, Japanese names. Angst, angst, angst. Neo-Queen Serenity has died, and each surviving main character gets a chapter in which to reflect on what Usagi meant to them. I admit I didn't read this story in its entirety, it was just too much for me, and it's not stellar work; originally this was just an honorable mention but I needed one more story for the set. :P Strength: Emotion.

All That You Are by Idylwyld
Long one-shot, Japanese names. Setsuna goes insane. Wouldn't you, after an eternal lifetime and longing for a man you could never have? She tries to ignore it, she tries to lose herself in other things, but eventually her world breaks down. Strength: Characterization.

The Kaioh family comes for a visit? by Ilana Tavan
Short one-shot, Japanese names. Another good story crippled by a poor title. When Michiru's family arrives unexpectedly, Haruka and Michiru have to make a tough decision - how do they explain their relationship to the straight-and-narrow Kaiohs? The ending is a bit of a stretch, but overall, not bad. Strength: Plot.
*Yuri (girl/girl) themes.*

Days Like These by Illusive Angel
Short one-shot, English names. Darien's having a bad day. As if the cloud of pseudo-sympathetic fangirls isn't bad enough, he also has to deal with his off-and-on enemy Serena, who today happens to be bound by the rules of the most sacred pact known to teenage girls: Truth or Dare. Strength: Humor.

Slight Confusion by Illusive Angel
Short one-shot, English names. A random encounter on an airplane leads to a fast bond when Serena Abbots and Darien Klyne hit it off over their shared love of chocolate. Their relationship might have ended there, had a luggage mixup not conspired to reunite them after the trip was over. Strength: Humor.
