As the author said, "Family Bonds is a series of vignettes focusing on each of the senshi and their families, as well as the joy and tragedy they have each faced." The families of the different senshi, except Usagi’s, are hardly ever referred to in detail, either in the manga or anime, and it has thus proved a challenge to the different writers filling in this overlooked aspect in various fics. Road to Everywhere by Kimra
So far, this well-written fic is quite like its title... it seems to be going everywhere, yet on a road to nowhere as well. It has only one chapter yet, and a suspenseful quiet pervades it. A mystery hangs in the air, yet it’s not an urgent tension that makes you eager to know the secret. Rather, it’s a vagueness, a hint of nervousness that makes you wish that’s there’s another chapter to follow. An AU fic for all.
